Buy or Rent?

Do you rent a home/apartment/condo or did you buy what you live in? I current rent a condo. I'm only 23 and haven't even had a real job out of college for a year. I hate throwing my money away renting, but I can't afford a down payment on a home just yet.

I'm renting too... I know how you feel. But hey, no cutting the yard or pulling weeds or cleaning gutters. I get free bug spray and garbage pickup. I have a garage and a nice sized 3 bedroom place. It's not all that bad.
