wasn't there some guy from california caught working with al quaeda? dont know if he was tried for treason though.
what about the fbi guy who was passing secrets to the russians Hanson i think his name was. I saw a movie about him lately.

This question's kinda hangin'!!
I thought at first it might have been Aldrich Ames, but then, like the Rosenbergs, he wasn't tried with treason (although he was indicted with treason). I'm gonna go with PADDYBOY (if he don't mind)!!
