find an image using google image search ... and copy the link location of the image ... it usually ends in .jpg of .gif ... you can also right click on the picture, go to properties .. and find the image location there.
Then paste the image location in between [img] and [/img]
You can also use this nifty imageshack mod just below the posting text box.
