" .... Even that is theoretically possible. And so is migration of peoples from one region to the other throughout the globe. "

The insanity is not about people migrating into India. "

Thats good enough for me !

Its all entirely possible ..... people migrate from one region to another all over the globe ..... its not about people migrating into India .... there must have been many movements into India .... all accepted, no problem ...

except that doesnt count Aryans ... classic !

Putting smileys all through doesn't count for any argument. There is enough reason that I gave why I consider Aryas indigenous.

Just because X and Y migrated into India, doesn't logically mean Z migrated also. That is a pretty illogical argument.

They both hv IE & Australoid lineage. Which means like they're kind of close cousins. Or perhaps kind of like uncle & nephew. But one side has relatively much more of one, while the other side has relatively much more of the other. That is not so divisive, I reckon.

Here is the twist, many AIT proponents believe that North Indians and South Indians are distinctly two different races with no common ancestry.

Beside, an average Telugu or Kannadiga facially looks no different from people of the North like Marathis, Bengalis, Oriya, Chattisgarhi etc.

I am saying the linguistic analysis, and the textual evidences do not lead us to that conclusion.
So, I take it that you do agree, that IE people migrating from somewhere out of India, into India, is not something physically impossible. Yes? Or no? Just gv us a straight answer.

Inguistic evidence is clearly opposed to OIT and even textual evidence asks for explanations of a thirty-day dawn, seven son's of Aditi, Atri-Ratra and Navagwahas and Dashagwahas.

“The cows held this sacrificial session, being hornless (and) desiring to obtain horns. Their session lasted (for) ten months; then when the horns grew (up), they said, ‘We have gained, let us rise, we have obtained the desire for which we sat (commenced the session).’ Half, or as many, of them as said, ‘We shall certainly sit for the two twelfth (two last) months, and rise after completing the year,’ (some of them had horns in the twelfth month by trust, (while) by distrust those that (are seen) hornless (remained so). Both, that is, those who got horns, and those who obtained vigor (ûrjam), thus attained their object. One who knows this, prospers, whether rising (from the sacrifice) in the tenth month or in the twelfth. They indeed go by the path (padena); he going by the path indeed attains (the end). This is that successful ayanam (session). Therefore, it is go-sani (beneficial to the cows).”

I do not know if brahmins took part in Buzkashi, though it must have been part of the curriculum at the Gurukula (otherwise there would not have been a Dronacharya, who taught the art of war to Kauravas and Pandavas). The kshatriyas sure did. Xšaθra - Kshatra, Kshatra Vairya.

Drona commanded the Kaurava army on the 13th day of the Mahbharat war which led to the killing of young Abhimanyu, Arjuna's son; and Krishna and the Pandavas had to take recourse to falsehood to stop Drona (Ahwatthama hato, naro va kunjaro va). Drona was taught by Sage Vishwamitra.

Well, war games and practice of horse-riding, archery, fighting with the mace (Gadā, in which Bhima and Duryodhana excelled), formations of army, were part of a kshatriya's study. They were taught by brahmin teachers, so brahmins also knew these arts, though they would not indulge in it unless there was a compelling necessity.

Yes, the society-given responsibility of brahmins was study and teaching, preservation of of scriptures and culture, and assisting people in their rituals (karmakandi brahmins, purohits, etc.). Teaching 64 arts (disciplines) too was a part of their duty. There were brahmins who excelled in these things and students flocked to their schools/Gurukulas/Ashrams/hermitages to learn. These were supported by state and public, and education, including boarding and lodging was free. There must have been other brahmins who may have not been that proficient. Those engaged in other brahmin-appropriate professions.

Templers Of Hindu Faith !!

Wow! What an age old Profession ! If my memory serves me right ,"Brahmins" took Monastic vows of Poverty, Chastity and Obedience and pledged themselves ready to Die for their Hindu- Faith :)
They also believed in the concept of "Ahimsa" ---As Mahatma Ghandi put it "there are many causes in the world that one can die for ! But there is not a single cause to kill someone else"!---Unfortunately the old man was Killed in Cold Blood

You're confusing Catholic Clergy with Brahmins... there are no vows of any kind to the best of my knowledge. You don't "become" a brahmin anyway, and Brahmins are not obligated to practice poverty. They are moreover expected to raise families. They might choose celibacy but its not demanded, and being a householder is considered one of the stages of life. As to obedience... my sense is Brahmins demanded vows of obedience, and didn't take em ;)

Brahmins and hermits are different. Also, people from any caste can become hermit who leave worldly affairs and leads a life of ascetic. Only that made Brahmins from others was vegetarianism.

Just as it is possible (and has happened) that Indians went out of India, others came into India. Is this rocket science?

But to call those people IE people who spread IE into India is utter BS. India is the homeland of IE.

Moreover, there was no ..... to build walls back then.
