Thats not good enough, because according to Frank Mclynn's Napoleon: A Biography , half the things you said were false.

I've read Frank McLynn's "1759". A truly bad piece of historical writing, so I hope his bio of Napoleon is an improvement.

Has anyone else read "Napoleon's Wars" by Charles Esdaile? It's not really relevant to this topic since it focuses on the campaigns fought after Napoleon was crowned Emperor, but still, since we're all naming our sources I thought I'd mention it as being very, very good.

I've read his "Peninsular War: A New History" excellent work.
