This is why the category of "human sciences" exists ...

all those scientific doctrines which cannot use the experimental method as main base ... they are "human sciences" [better defined "not accurate sciences"].

It's obvious that a university cannot create some fake parties, organize a political general election just to make an experiment about the capability of certain ideologies to gain votes!

Or history, hahah.

History doesn't use the scientific method. We never learned anything about science in my history program.

Sure, you learn how to evaluate a source but not through the scientific method.

Even historiography's lacks scientific merit. There's a lot of opinion involved.
Oh yeah.

They shouldn't have the "science" attribute

I have to argue this point. Without the science attitude, there is no empirical information. Without empirical information all a person knows of life comes from personal experience, and personal experience is not adequate for public policy decisions. This is what is wrong with our politics today. Too many people are basing their decisions on what they know of life, without making an effort to know much of life. Their political decisions are about self interest, and when a people have political power and a very limited understanding of life, this is disaster. We call this reactionary politics and that is not a good thing. It is what the US has today.

Nothing. Query answered.

Why does this thread have 3 pages?

Edit: 4 pages now. Probably making five out of jokes, 1 sentence trivial replies and debates on misdefined words.
